Donna Kobylarczyk received her Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix and her Bachelor of Professional Studies Degree from Barry University.

Mrs. Kobylarczyk has over 20 years of experience as a Team Leader for the finance department of AT&T and the Director and/or President of various non-profit organizations such as the Autistic/Handicapped Children of Central Florida, Inc.
