 1)  Can I use your web site if I am using a Mac instead of a PC?

 Yes, you can.  You can use any internet-connected computer with a web browser and the Acrobat Reader to read and download the course materials and take the online test.

2)  Why can't I open the PDF files on your web site?

 You must have the free Acrobat Reader installed in order to open and save the course files.  You can download the free Acrobat Reader here.

3) Why can't I see the banner on your Home Page?

The banner on our Home Page is a Flash animation.  You must have the Flash Player installed in order to view the animation.  You can download the latest version of the free Flash Player here.
