 1)  How do I create a new account?

To create a new account click on the My Account link at the top of any page or click one of the "Log In" or "Create a new account" links found throughout the site.  When presented with the "log in" and "register" options click the register link to begin setting up your account information.  Enter values for all required fields and then click the "Save Account Information" button at the bottom.

2)  What do I do if I am having trouble logging into my account?

If you have any problems creating a new account or logging in to an existing account please contact our Customer Support Department at (877)329-8844 or send an email to support@ceu-hq.com.

3)  How can I retreive my password?

Usernames and passwords may be retrieved by clicking on the Forgot password? link in the upper-right corner of most pages.  Enter the email address you used when setting up your account in the field provided and click the "GO" button.  If there is an account registered to that email address then an email will be sent to that address containing your username and password.

If you have forgotten which email address you submitted when setting up your account or if it has changed since you set up your account please contact our Customer Support Department at (877)329-8844 or send an email to support@ceu-hq.com.

4)  How do I update my personal profile?

You may edit your account information by browsing to the My Account page and logging in.  From there you will be able to view and edit your personal and account information by clicking on the "Edit your account" link at the bottom of the page.

5)  Do you share my contact information with anyone?

Absolutely not!  Information about you is required to process your orders and will only be used to provide a more personalized experience during your learning sessions.  CEU-HQ.com respects your personal privacy and we will never release your name, address, telephone numbers, email address or any other information without your express consent.
