1) What proof will I receive to verify that I have completed an online course?
Once you have successfully passed the test for a course you will automatically be sent an email containing a Certificate of Completion for that course.
2) How do I access and print my Certificates of Completion?
Certificates of Completion may be accessed and printed from your My Account page by clicking on the "Certificate" link next to the course title.
3) How long do I have access to my Certificates of Completion?
There is no expiration time on access to your Certificates of Completion. They may always be accessed from your My Account page.
4) What do I do if I haven't received my Certificate of Completion now that I've taken and passed a test?
If you have not received an email containing your Certificate of Completion after passing a test please contact our Customer Support Staff at (877)329-8844 or send an email to support@ceu-hq.com.
5) Do I need to submit a copy of my Certificate of Completion to my state licensing board?
Usually you do not need to submit your Certificates of Completion to your licensing board unless you are asked to do so on the renewal form or when you are audited. However, you should keep a copy of the Certificates of Completion for your own records. Be sure to check with your own licensing board for their current requirements.
