 1)  How do I take my online test?

You must take the online test while logged in to our web site.  However, the test questions are included in the PDF course files so you may formulate your answers before actually completing the online test.

To access the test for a course log in to your My Account page, find the course in the list of courses you have purchased and click the "Take the test" link.

2)  Do I have to complete the test in one sitting or can I log out and finish it later?

You do not have to complete the test during the session in which you started it.  You may save your test answers at any time by clicking on the "Save and Review" button at the bottom of the test page.  This will take you to a "Review your answers" page.

Later, when you are ready to continue your test simply log back in to your My Account page and select the "Continue your test" link next to the course in question.  When you are finished taking the test click on the "Save and Review" button and review your answers.  If you wish to change an answer just click the "Edit your answers" link to go back and change any answer.

When you are satisfied with your answers click the "Submit Your Final Answers" button at the bottom of the page to submit your final test answers.  Once your final answers are submitted you will be directed to a "Your Results" page showing you each test question, your answer and the correct answer, along with your test score and the minimum passing grade.

3)  How much time will I be allowed to complete a course and take the test?

Once you have completed your purchase you will have one year to complete the course and take the online test.

4)  What score must I achieve to successfully pass a test and receive my Certificate of Completion?

Passing scores vary based upon the license you hold.  The course titles we offer at CEU-HQ.com and their passing scores have been selected so as to ensure they meet the requirements of each state licensing board for which the course is accredited.

The minimum passing grade for each course is listed in its Course Description.

5)  Do I have another chance to take the test if I fail on the first attempt?

Yes.  You may retake the test until you receive a passing grade.

6)  What proof will I receive to verify that I have completed an online course?

Once you have successfully passed the test for a course you will automatically be sent an email containing a Certificate of Completion for that course.
