1) How do I place an online order?
From the CEU-HQ.com Home Page select your State from the map and then your Profession to view a list of applicable courses. Click the "Add to Cart" button next to the course you wish to purchase to add it to your Shopping Cart. Once a course has been added you will be taken to your Shopping Cart page where you can review or delete the courses in your cart.
Click the "Return to Shopping" link to return to the list of courses or click the "Checkout" button to complete your transaction.
2) How do I pay for an online course?
CEU-HQ.com accepts payment by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your credit card will not be charged until you reach the final step in the check-out process.
You may also pay by credit card over the telephone by calling our Customer Support staff at (877)329-8844.
Once your transaction is complete you will be shown a purchase confirmation page, including a receipt. We will also send you a receipt via email.
3) How do I know my credit card transaction is secure?
CEU-HQ.com has partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.
The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
- 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.
- Industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information.
- Compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

4) How do I get a printed receipt for my purchase?
Once your transaction is complete you will be shown a purchase confirmation page, including a receipt. We will also send you a receipt via email.
5) What is your return / refund / guarantee policy?
If you are not satisfied with a course and choose not to complete it or take the test CEU-HQ.com will be happy to exchange it for a different course of equal or lesser value at any time within one year of the purchase.
If you complete a course and your state licensing board does not accept it for any reason CEU-HQ.com will refund the purchase price of that course or exchange it for a different course of equal or lesser value upon submission of proof of the licensing board's denial.
